Shipping Policy
Upon checkout, our webstore will automatically give you the available shipping options and their respective prices. If there is a situation where the wrong shipping method was used, please let us know and we will help you to fix the situation. If there is a case where you do not reveive your package, please contact your logistics service provider directly.
Return Policy
No return/refund allowed on any PRE-DESIGNED or CUSTOM ORDER sales.
Exchange Policy
The only exception is if we have sent you the wrong product than what you have purchased or if there is any defect on the product upon receiving the package (courier fault is not accepted, please contact logistics service provider directly). In those situations, please contact us within 48 hours of product receipt with any supporting information. We will review all information and give a final decision. We will cover return shipping if we are found at fault.
